Our delivery partner in Hong Kong is Ta-Q-Bin and we charge a low flat rate for delivery.

I've just bought Membership online but I still can't buy whisky - help?
Once your membership order is confirmed, it can take a few minutes before the website recognises you as a member. Please wait 5 minutes after buying and refresh the page; the banner at the top of each page should change and 'add to basket' buttons appear on whisky product pages. How Do I Order A Replacement Card?
If your your membership card is lost or damaged, we can send you a new one; please email the Member Services Team on: memberservices@smws.hk, or call and leave us a message on: +852 9724 4189 we'll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
Can I buy membership outside Hong Kong?

» If you live in a country where we have an active and supported local branch, you should join locally. This includes UK and EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Denmark, & Switzerland; please see our International Branches page for details.
» If you live anywhere else in the world, you can also sign up here but we will not be able to ship orders to you, so you would need to have an address in Hong Kong to receive orders.
Will I receive mail from SMWS?
We’ll keep in touch with by email and post if you agree to it when signing up as a member, but you can unsubscribe from emails any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email or signing in to the website and amending your Account Preference settings in your profile. We will send reminders to all our members regardless of marketing preferences, when a membership is about to lapse and has recently lapsed to allow members to renew if they wish.
How do I renew my Membership?
Visit our Renewal page, add Membership for One Year to your basket and buy; your renewal date will move forward by a year within 5 minutes of purchasing. You will receive email reminders with links and postal reminders with instructions when your membership is ending.
Can I cancel my membership?
If you have recently bought a membership or received a gift membership and wish to cancel, please get in touch with our Member Services Team on: memberservices@smws.hk. If you are part way through your membership after using it but are not eligible for a refund, it will lapse after your renewal date and no action is required. If you wish to stop hearing from us, please log in to your account on this website and set marketing preferences to stop all communications in your Account Preference centre.
Can I purchase online before I’ve received my activation code?
If you have received a gift membership and the activation code does not work, please get in touch with our ember Services Team on: memberservices@smws.hk who will be able to help. Our whiskies are exclusively available to members, so only membership and a few events open to non-members can be bought without a valid membership account on the website.
What discount does Membership get in Partner Bars and UK Venues?
The Vaults, Greville Street and 28 Queen Street are members only venues so the pricing is set to member only prices. In both Kaleidoscope Bars in Edinburgh and London and The Dining Room Restaurant, Members will receive 10% discount on all food and drinks. Prices in our Partner Bar network vary but Members will always receive a discount on SMWS drams.
How many guests can I bring to the SMWS UK Members’ Rooms?
You’ll be able to sign in up to three guests at our Members’ Rooms at The Vaults, 19 Greville Street and at our two private member lounges at 28 Queen Street. Our new Kaleidoscope Whisky Bars and Dining Room restaurant are open to all, you may bring as many guests as you like.
