How do I login to the website?
You can click on the “My Account” icon, which is located on the top right-hand side of each page. Alternatively, click here to be directed to the login page.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can send items to a work address or a friend’s address, as long as it is an address within Hong Kong. When you place your order, you will have the chance to provide a delivery address which differs from your billing address. If you wish to send a gift to someone outside Hong Kong, please visit our International Branches page to see if we can deliver there, then contact the local branch to organise your order locally or ask us to contact them for you by emailing
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will take approximately 14 to 28 days to reach you in Hong Kong; please see our Delivery page for further details.
Can I delay my order?
No, once an order is placed, there is no way of delaying it.
What happens if I am not there when the delivery is made?
If you are not home to sign for your order, the driver will leave an attempted delivery calling card. This will contain contact details for you to get in touch with them about your delivery.
It is possible to collect my order from your offices?
Unfortunately, it is not possible. All our online orders are dispatched from a secure warehouse in Scotland, imported to secure warehouse in Hong Kong and collected directly by our local courier from there; we do not have the facility to store orders in our Hong Kong offices.
Can I send a bottle abroad?
If you wish to send a gift to someone outside Hong Kong, please visit our International Branches page to see if we can deliver there, then contact the local branch to organise your order locally or ask us to contact them for you by emailing
I have not received my tickets for an event?
We do not issue physical tickets. Just arrive at the venue with your email confirmation and we will have your name on an attendee list at the door.
I am a Member of another Society branch overseas – do I have the same Member privileges in Hong Kong?
Absolutely! Your Society membership is a global passport to branches around the world – with global benefits. You will not be able to log into the Hong Kong website as an overseas Member, but please email or call us on +852 9724 4189 to organise any purchases or event bookings and we shall be more than happy to help. If you think you are here to stay, or for a prolonged time, we can organise for your membership to be transferred to the Hong Kong branch and provide you with a new Hong Kong Membership card and website log in.
Can I bring a friend to the UK Society Venues?
Of course. If in town, all members can bring up to three non-member guests with them to the Society Members’ Rooms in London, Leith and Edinburgh. The Kaleidoscope Whisky Bars in London and Edinburgh and the Dining Room Restaurant in Edinburgh have no restrictions.
How do I renew my membership?
Visit our Renewal page, add Membership for One Year to your basket and buy; your renewal date will move forward by a year within 5 minutes of purchasing. You will receive email reminders with links and postal reminders with instructions when your membership is ending.

Can I buy membership outside Hong Kong?
» We can only deliver to Hong Kong so join here if you wish to receive whisky deliveries to a Hong Kong address; your payment details [billing address] do not need to be in Hong Kong.
» If you live in a country where we have an active and supported local branch, you should join locally. This includes UK and EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Denmark, & Switzerland; please see our International Branches page for details.
» If you live anywhere else in the world, you can also sign up here but we will not be able to ship orders to you, so you would need to have an address in Hong Kong or a serviced country to receive orders.
