Maritime wafts of applewood smoked kippers and and ash combined with herbal cough sweets while linseed oil mixed with damp hay. A palate of peppered mackerel and burnt nuts morphed into medicinal notes of blackberry cough sweets and antiseptic wash before shortbread joined salted caramel and coffee cream chocolates. With water came singed heather and herbal aromas with creosote and seaweed over meaty tones. Honey glazed ham now joined oily sausage on the palate with burnt orange peel and hints of menthol to finish.
