Description
Sweet and floral aromas brought us to violet liqueur with burnt heather honey drizzled over roast pork. Smoky marmalade delivered a fruity expression that integrated with toffee apples on a barbeque. A maritime mood hinted at lobster meat, mussels and smoked oysters with the thick texture of rapeseed oil. The palate carried a sweet demeanour that flirted with smoked fudge and caramelised pears dusted with sea salt. A touch of green apple rolled in charcoal introduced burnt barley with smouldering damp hay. Finally, crispy seaweed coated with demerara sugar on the finish that concluded with a nutty and sweet balance.
