Founded by a provost of Inverness in an old brewery on the Caledonian Canal, opposite Glen Mhor Distillery. Following substantial fire damage, it became a flour mill for 20 years until being rebuilt in 1884. During World War I it was used as a mine factory by the US Navy. Closed in 1983 and demolished, it is now part of a supermarket development. Very rare as a single.
