Daftmill

Set in the heart of Fife, Daftmill Distillery is one of Scotland??s smallest malt whisky distilleries. Established in 2005, the distillery produces its own barley on Daftmill Farm and sources its water from an artesian well on site.

The distillery, which has been distilling spirit since 2005, features an unusual water tower, believed to have been built by a Dutch architect involved in the construction of the Tay Rail Bridge.
