Cooley

First Society bottling in 2002.

Ireland's independent distillery at Dundalk, north of Dublin, produces an unpeated malt, a peated malt and a grain whiskey. The plant was designed originally for the production of neutral spirit from potatoes with the production being switched over to whiskey in 1989. Bottlings under this number will be the unpeated malt, double-distilled in pot stills.
